Women, identified as they do in lawsuits filed last summer (June 2024), claimed that Raykhinsteyn was enticing them with job offers, often through messages on Instagram, just to subjugate them in a hostile work environment and predatory .
A “predatory scheme”
Lawyer Todd Flood, the management partner at Law Flood, described the case as a systematic model of abuse, traumating some women only outside the high school.

After being employed, women claimed that Rayykhinsteyn forced them in sexual situations, degraded them with insults, and used intimidation tactics, including threats of connections with the Russian mafia to keep them silent.

The accounts of harassment and attack
According to the lawsuit, Raykhinteyn will use Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to send inappropriate messages, including nude photo requirements.
He is also suspected of using accounts to organize meetings with prostitutes in Europe.
A particularly disturbing claim includes Jane Doe #4, who was a teenager at the time.
Runyan said she was offered a “business opportunity” in Florida, just to discover, upon arrival, that Raykhinsteyn had only reserved one hotel room and “could not afford” another room for her.

Rayykhinteyn’s protection
Raykhinsteyn refused to appear on the camera and rejected the lawsuit as “bull ****”, claiming there was no “any evidence”.

The alleged evidence

The flood and Runyan hope that the judgment will inspire other victims to come forward and at least one victim is pursuing criminal charges against Rayykhinsteyn.
